Gift Voucher Conditions: Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be honoured. No extensions for expired vouchers. No re-issue for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen vouchers. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Consumers should also make sure that the gift certificate is kept in a safe place and treated like cash.
